Wedding Vow Renewal traditions?

My husband and I were married april of 2003. in that time we have been through some of the toughest times and we both stuck to each others sides richer or poorer sickness and in health... So I was thinking of doing our wedding vow renewal on our 10 yr anniversary. we had a small wedding with not allot of people nor big items. I would like to have a bigger wedding invite more people wear a wedding dress again but instead of just white like I wore before wearing one that's sage and white, have the whole shebang like you would if you were getting married for the 1st time. I don't want ANY of my guests to bring gifts or give us money. there presence is enough for us! do you think its inappropriate? any ideas or tips would be welcome as well.. Please don't leave a comment if your going to be rude! we will do dancing, cake, food, DJ, photo's etc.. Were not going to do the dollar dance, father daughter dance (as my dad has since passed away)

1. How wonderful for you both! Early on you could have a foot washing, with warm water, towels and a basin, it is a token of serving each other in love, --to show that you are forgiving each other and starting anew
