What should i wear in my civil marriage ceremony in the city clerk?

Hi, I'm gonna have my civil marriage ceremony this in a couple of weeks, I haven't decided what to wear that day, I don´t know what it is the appropiate clothing, however I don`t wanna look so fancy but either so undressed ... Please help me, I'm 24.... And it`s a special day for me .... I'd appreciate your advices

1. congrats! i did that too! tomorrow will be a year in fact! i wore a black halter top dress with white polka dots. but big dots. its like a swishy summery dress, so nicer than jeans and a t shirt but not wedding dress nice. as an added bonus i get to wear my wedding dress for more than just my wedding!
2. You could really wear anything you wanted to the wedding, including a big old poofy wedding dress. No one will think you odd for doing so. Whatever you do, wear white or ivory so you feel like a bride. 3. i did the same thing a few years ago. i wore a white skirt and a pink and white halter blouse that was not revealing, it seemed appropriate. i get lots of praise about it when people see my pictures. i don't think you want to go too revealing considering where you are going to be. i think a nice top and pants or a dress of any kind would look nice. congratulations on your wedding.
