how to write a wedding vow?

For my homework, I have to write wedding vows for Romeo and Juliet. I have no idea how to write a wedding vow. Is it just like "I vow to _____"? Or is there a lot more stuff to add?

1. have you ever been in love. i would say to write from the heart but if you've never been in love then forget it. you should start with something like " I Romeo promise to be devoted to you Juliet, even though our parents might KILL US."
