How do you start a wedding planning business?

I'm really interested in starting my own wedding planning business, but I have no idea where to begin. I have the drive to do it, and I already have a general idea of how to start and what works best for me, but I need to know are there tools I need to buy, like color cards, worksheets, planners, that kind of thing. I'd apppreciate any help.
