Where to put the ring before the ring exchange during civil ceremony?
Where do we keep the rings before the exchange during the civil ceremony performed at the county clerk's office? My boyfriend will have pockets since he's wearing suit. But what about the bride? Where does the bride keep her ring before the exchange since I won't have any pockets? Thanks,

- The best place for rings are on fingers, no pocket or ring pouch or bra. The groom or best man wears the bride's ring on his pinkie; the bride wears the groom's on her thumb or any other finger that it might fit on. Unless the bride's ring is a wrap around her engagement ring, the bride is to place her engagement ring on her right hand & after the ceremony slip the engagement ring on top of the wedding ring.
