Does the city of Hampton court house hold wedding ceremonies?

I want a very simple thing at the court house in Hampton VA but don't know if they actually perform ceremonies there or just issue marriage licences. Any help would be great!

2. I actually got married in Hampton, VA! They don't do it at the courthouse itself. You can just get the license there. But they'll give you the phone number of the marriage commissioner, who's office is literally right behind the courthouse. I can't remember his name right now, but he performed our ceremony right in his office! It was perfect for us, and just what we wanted.
